This appetizing baked spicy salmon recipe can be a quick fix for those who spend hours and hours in the kitchen cooking and for a healthy style. I like to cook the salmon with lots of spices and pair it up with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. Served with honey glaze to give it a sweetened flavour (oh my favourite!) garnished with coriander and raw onion rings. So, let us cook together this delicious salmon recipe!

How to prepare dry spicy marination mixture: -
Take one bowl and mix the following ingredients gently.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon raw sugar
Add little thyme leaves dry
How to prepare: -
Firstly, take two salmon fillets. Either fresh or frozen, completely your choice.
If you are thinking to use a frozen salmon, then u can defrost the fish first.
Pat dry salmon fillets and transfer it on the chopping board.
On the other side, take two garlic cloves and grate them finely.
Furthermore, you can drizzle olive oil on the fish fillets and rub it gently on the
salmon fillets.
Next step would be to evenly rub the grated garlic on the fish with your hands to
distribute it evenly.
How to cook: -
You can cook the fish in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or you can bake the fish in
oven for about 12 to 20 minutes @ 375-degree Fahrenheit.
Serving: -
Serve cooked salmon with mashed potato or roasted veggies of your choice.
You can glaze salmon with honey for a bit of twist in the flavour. For a bit of tangy
flavour, you can use lemon.
Last but not the least garnish your dish with chopped coriander and raw onion
rings.
